Customer Testimonials

My time using the HR Management courses was well spent. I learned so much information from the facilitators and it was a great experience to spend time with local experts. After taking the course I was confident going into the PHR Exam and passed ... on my first try! Thank you for the wonderful program!

Learning laws, regulations , polices and procedures was actually intriguing and fun. The instructors do not teach the answers to the test verbatim but they teach in an upbeat way how to think HR and answer the tough questions in real life scenarios. When I sat down to take the PHR exam, I read the first question and said "oh boy" this is a difficult question. Then I flashed back to class visualizing my instructor Nancy Newell, SPHR and I could remember the scenario she gave in class based on this particular law. I was able to answer the question correctly. I truly had my instructors with me at the exam as they had given the knowledge I needed to become a Professional in Human Resources.

I thought this course was great. I enjoyed the wealth of knowledge each instructor shared with us. It was great to hear their personal experiences and how knowing what to do in certain situations was crucial. Taking this course made me feel like I was on the road to success. I would recommend this course to anyone who had a interest in HR.
