Payment & Fee Information
Options
Early Registration*
$50 discount for registrations received on or before Monday, January 16, 2012.
Regular Registration
Registrations received after Monday, January 16, 2012.
Group Registration
$150 discount per person when two or more individuals from the same organization
register together or an individual registers for two or more programs.
Payment Plans and Group Pricing Available

or payment plan options.
- * The early registration discount cannot be used in conjunction with the group discount.
- * The early registration discount discount does not apply to the Business Ethics online class.
Payment & Refund Policies
Payment is due in full by the program start
date unless other arrangements have been
made through the MDC office. Program fees
are fully refundable if a written cancellation
notice is received by January 16, 2012.
After January 16, 2012, a $200 processing
fee will be retained for cancellation. If you
decide to cancel the day the program starts
or at any time after the start date, a $200
processing fee will be retained and you will
be charged for all program materials and any
scheduled sessions prior to cancellation.
Substitutions may be made at no cost if
program fees are equivalent.
