Ethics is so much more than knowing the difference between right and wrong, and it’s often a difficult process. In corporate America and business schools, there is an ongoing challenge to understand apply business ethics, and to build and rebuild trust with key stakeholders.

Managing an ethical organizational culture requires knowing how to develop, manage and lead others in making the right decisions. Your own personal ethics are only one part of the equation, managers and educators need to know how to lead others effectively. Our online program will provide you with an overview of the current state of organizational ethics and effective methods of teaching and communicating business ethics concepts. This course shows real-life examples of ethical dilemmas and methods to measure an organization’s ethical culture.
