Skirt Strategies and UNM's Anderson School of Management are pleased to present a remarkable new Leadership and Self Development Weekend Workshop that offers Business Women Leaders an opportunity to access higher levels of awareness that translate directly to their success. Katie Snapp and Carol Wight mission is “To change the course of the nation by helping women develop and fully utilize their natural feminine leadership characteristics.” A little funky and a lot of fun, Katie and Carol know how to combine their unique qualities and drive home solid topics that offer support and guidance to women in business. This workshop will leave you feeling highly energized, with a clarity of strength and purpose, allowing you to focus on important matters that impact your success.     • Assess the 16 natural intuition skills in the Intuition Model and how they are deployed in your own leadership
    • Begin to define your own past as a sort of story, with sections that have taught you strengths through challenges and lessons on life.
