The pace of change requires that the leadership and management of every organization (business, nonprofit, government), tap the full potential of their employees, partners, and networks. The ability to resiliently adapt to change comes from fully engaged, creative response. Teams at all levels from governing boards and executive teams to management teams of divisions and departments, to operational work teams need to work well together. There is a learnable framework for high performance collaboration and a set of sustaining practices that any organization can apply at all levels.
